What to Look For

15-30 Grams of Protein Per Serving, less than 250 Calories Per Serving (as it is a snack!) and ideally low in sugar but not imperative. See the photos above for examples of what we buy when we’re out on the move or what we stock up on in the supermarket ready to bring with you when you’re travelling and haven’t had time to meal prep:
